LAPLACE Renewable Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established in May 2016. The company was founded by experts in solar cell research and development, manufacturing, core components, equipment, and related fields from both domestic and international backgrounds. The company is committed to becoming a leading provider of core process solutions in the photovoltaic and semiconductor industries, using professionalism and focus to turn possibilities into feasibility.
At present, the company’s core products include thermal processes (such as diffusion, oxidation, and annealing, etc.) LPCVD、PECVD、ALD、 Laser and various supporting automation equipment. These products are primarily used in the research and production of high-efficiency photovoltaic cells and semiconductor discrete devices. The company is dedicated to “overcoming technical difficulties for customers and achieving scalable and intelligent manufacturing”, and has assisted customers in breaking the world record for high-efficiency photovoltaic cell conversion efficiency more than 10 times.
The company operates 6 research and development bases, 4 production centers, and 3 customer service centers, and supports multiple technical routes including BC and TOPCon. It boasts a comprehensive delivery mechanism, extensive production experience, and a complete after-sales service system.
The company actively collaborates with various research institutions, including industry leaders and Shenzhen Technology University, to maintain continuous innovation and lead industry trends. The largest single delivery project has reached 30GW. Honors
University-industry collaboration
LAPLACE actively engages in forward-looking cooperative research and development with top research institutions, well-known universities and research institutes in the semiconductor and photovoltaic industries. We have established a “Semiconductor and Photovoltaic High-end Manufacturing Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center” and invested in several sets of research and development experimental instruments and equipment such as EL testers, metallographic microscopes, inspection platforms, and helium leak detectors. We have also co-established a research and development center with Shenzhen Technology University, resulting in the creation of the “Shenzhen University-LAPLACE Semiconductor Equipment Innovation Center”. Relying on the talent and R&D platform advantages of Xiamen University and Shenyang Institute of Metal Research, we have established the “LAPLACE-Serytec Joint Laboratory”. Additionally, we plan to establish an Academician Wang Xujin Workstation and build a “LAPLACE Process Equipment Application Pilot Platform”. We collaborate with Xiamen University, Shenzhen Technology University, Yangzhou University, and South China University of Technology.
