Working Principle

Optional

1.Edge layup: Reflective film layup at gap between edge of solar cells and frame to further increase utilization of incoming sunlight to >99%;
2.Light passthrough measurement (optical): Light passthrough measurement with infrared light source combined with a vision system, capable of detecting light passthrough after backsheet is laminated, with an accuracy of 0.13mm² or above
3.Reflective Film Optical Detection (AOI): Reflective film Optical inspection, to detect missing film, wrinkles, skewing, etc., synchronously forming a closed-loop control within the machine
